Your Pre-Booking List

1.Eligibility for Successful Pre-Book: Customers who have successfully paid the pre-book amount of INR2000 are eligible for the successful pre-booking of an Airpods. To confirm your pre-booking, you must provide payment screenshots as proof at the time of delivery. Pre-booking without the required payment is not eligible, and the order will not be processed.
2.Product Availability: This program does not guarantee that the customer will receive the preferred product at the time of launch or within any stipulated timeframe.
3.Completion of Purchase: In case a customer is offered their preferred model, the purchase transaction must be completed immediately and within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the offer. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the pre-booking.
4. Liability Disclaimer: iVenus will not be liable in any way if they are unable to fulfil the customer’s demand for the pre-booked product.
5. Refund Policy: If iVenus is unable to supply the product as per the customer’s preference, a refund of the advance amount will be processed as per the refund policy.
6. Cancellation of Pre-Booking: To cancel a pre-booking, the customer must submit a written cancellation request. Any refunds, if applicable, on cancellation will be processed as per the refund policy.
7. Cancellation Charges: For advance payments made through credit or debit card, a cancellation charge of 2.5% will be applicable.
8. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, iVenus reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking at any time.
9. Data Privacy: iVenus reserves the right to not disclose any data pertaining to customer registrations to any customers or third parties under this program.
10. Data Sharing: iVenus may share registration data with Apple India Pvt. Ltd and its distributors, such as Ingram Micro India Ltd, if needed for validation of registrations or to enable the supply of products.
11. One Device Per Customer: Each customer is eligible for the pre-booking of only one device. A single person cannot pre-book or take delivery of multiple devices.
